At Artixtra, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- The wrong product or size was delivered
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products reported after the return window has expired
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:
- Order ID
- Clear images or video of the damaged or incorrect product
Once approved, our team will guide you through the return or replacement process.
Replacement & Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day replacement and exchange policy.
If your replacement or exchange request is approved, the new product will be delivered within 5 days.
Refund Policy
If a refund is approved:
- The refund will be credited to the original payment source account.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof so we can assist you promptly.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
